Grilled Peaches with THC-Infused Vanilla Ice Cream

Grilled peaches and cannabis-infused vanilla ice cream....
Ingredients:
4 Peaches, halved and pitted
1 Cup brown sugar (light or dark)
2 Tablespoons canola oil
1 Cup Cannabis-infused vanilla ice cream (click for recipe)
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons crushed pecans (optional)
2 Tablespoons cookie crumbles (optional)
Directions:
#1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
#2. Brush the peaches with a light coating of canola oil and then dredge them in the brown sugar. Shake off excess.
#3. Place the peaches cut side down onto the hot grill. Cook for about 3 minutes.

#4. Turn peaches over and cook for an additional 3 minutes
#5. Remove peaches from the grill. Put a each peach into a bowl with a large scoop of cannabis-infused ice cream on or beside it.
#6. Drizzle honey over the peaches and ice cream. Add nuts or cookie crumbles if you prefer.
