How to Make THC-Infused Homemade Ice Cream (No churn, no cook)
Updated: Feb 28

Homemade ice cream is much easier to make than most people realize. All you really need are 3 ingredients, a few bowls, and a hand mixer.
No fancy ice cream maker necessary!
Most people don't usually think to make their own ice cream because old fashioned ice cream can be very time-consuming to make.
It usually involves a lot of trial and error before you finally get it right.
This recipe is different.
It's quick, easy, doesn't require any cooking or churning, and it's delicious!
This recipe is for a basic vanilla ice cream but there are endless combinations of ingredients that you can add to the base to make different flavors.

Ingredients
2 Cups cannabis-infused heavy whipping cream (or regular whipping cream if you prefer a non-medicated product)
1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whatever add-in's you choose to incorporate for flavor
1-2 Tablespoons of tapioca flour (optional) for texture
Directions
Prep: 30 Mins
Cook: N/A
Ready in: 6 Hours
Serves: 4

#1. Pour the heavy cream into a bowl and whip it until you can pull the mixer out and the cream forms stiff peaks.
#2. In another large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla by whisking them together. (If you like thicker ice cream, go ahead and add a tablespoon or two of tapioca flour to the mix.)

#3. Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the condensed milk. Make sure you do this slowly in order to keep both mixtures light and aerated.
#4. Fold in your added ingredients. Then transfer the mixture to an insulated tub or paper container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
You can split the cream mixture into smaller containers in order to try multiple flavor combinations too. The combinations are limitless, but my favorites are listed above.
